Asparagus poppy

It's quite obvious how I love healthy, quick and easy recipes. And this is one of them.
You'll be surprised by the combination of fresh green asparagus and poppy seeds.
You just have to clean the asparagus, cut them thinly and sauté them with a couple of tablespoons of organic extra-virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic, one or two tablespoons of poppy seeds, and a pinch of atlantic sea salt.
Stir until the asparagus are cooked.
When the gluten-free pasta is ready (I used corn and rice penne) stir it in the skillet, mix to combine all the
ingredients and adjust the salt. Enjoy!
