ERUCA SATIVA
Rocket sprouts are excellent antioxidant and enhance the immune system.
Vitamins: A, C.
Minerals: P, Fe, Mg.
Rocket seeds do not require the normal soaking period in water, just rinse them lightly and set them directly according to your preferred method of germination.
Due to the jelly, the trays method of germination is the best.
Keep seeds at room temperature and away from light until first leaves have grown.
Rinse them 1-2 times daily, use only amount of water necessary to keep them wet but not soggy.
Sprouts are ready in 4-5 days. Keep refrigerated up to 1 week.

Radish sprouts are very rich in nutrients, especially vitamins (A, B1, B2 and C) and mineral salts (Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Sulphur).
They help strenghten muscles, enhance eyesight, have antiseptic functions and stimulate production of gastric acid.

The next day spread them on the sprouting trays considering that during the sprouting process they will increase by at least 4 times in volume. Keep at room temperature and in good light condition.
Rinse the seeds 2-3 times daily until they are fully germinated  (3-4 days).
They are immediately ready for consumption or can be kept refrigerated for 1-2 weeks.
